In develop our AI agents and learning how to align them to experts across domains, we developed a Generative AI-Based Reasoning (GAIR) Learning Platform designed to enhance professional assessments, context building, and recommendation processes across various industries. This was developed to solve a few problems we identified. 1. Experts don’t really know what they are thinking. Their unconscious competence proves they are an expert but also requires a well thought out approach to learn how they reason. 2. There is no dataset for this internal thinking. By nature, this thinking is not well articulated. As a result it required us building a platform to elicit is, learn it and build the dataset required to align the AI agent reasoning across domains. 3. While the reasoning is one part of the process, the other part is understanding well the information that is reasoned over. This required us developing a novel approach to building vector embeddings from the ground up, axiom by axiom, concept by concept with leading experts like Andrea Morello (Quantum Computing Genius at UNSW) and Ian Hickie and Frank Iorfino (at the USYD Brain & Mind Centre). 

In summary, our platform was originally developed for our AANI tool, then further refined with the Brain & Mind Centre at the University of Sydney for the mental health sector, we can customise to fit the unique needs of different fields, helping professionals provide high-quality, situation specific specialisation at scale.
